La Jolla Bay

We tried to find the La Jolla submarine Canyon, that comes within about 50 yards of shore. We mistakenly took some advice from another diver, and ended up swimming about 3/4 mile out and dropped down to about 70 feet deep. The canyon branches with the north splinter called the scripps canyon. We explored the very boring sandy plain between the two canyons. We did find a bunch of squid egg casings, and some crabs. Next time we will follow the book more closely, and see the canyon!!!
